I may have been the last person to know this, but you can pull RSS feeds off of You Tube based on subject. Well, I've started pulling a "podcasting" feed off of You Tube and I've discovered TONS of good and crappy stuff.
Since You Tube is a video site, these are video casts that I'm getting, but I'm noticing that many of the podcasts could just as easily be audio podcasts. , for example, is a video cast, but it really doesn't have to be. All the information that you need is in the audio and the video is just shots of whatever website or story the host is talking about.
I wouldn't recommend You Tube for business podcasts. Yes, the price is right, and the fact that You Tube converts everything into Flash means that everyone can watch it in their browser, but the quality is quite low.
But it's a great place for inspiration. Here's a that you can plunk into your reader.
