BusinessWeek Online has a series of podcasts aimed at CEOs (or at least corporate decision makers). It's kind of a [insert technology here] for Dummies podcast series.
Normally these things puts me to sleep, but this one on Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) featuring Jeff Snyder from Gartner is quite interesting. Jeff covers what VoIP is and the differences between what corporations might expect and what they get with VoIP.
He talks about the benefits of carrying one single phone number everywhere, the productivity benefits of "presence" indicators and a whole slew of other applications that can be tied into an IP driven system.
