Russell Shaw has done a little investigative reporting into the recent Apple crease-and-desist letter run and has posted his findings on ZDNet.

- Apple is having trouble trademarking iPod
- Apple is attempting to trademark "IPODCAST"
- Apple is attempting to expand the POD brand
The article is quite long and contains so much legalese that my eyes are bleeding, but it's a very interesting read.
