Siteground is a webhosting service. Up until recently it had a pretty good reputation amongst podcasters, but that's changing drastically. There's more than one disgruntled podcaster talking about moving on.
I've never used Siteground. In fact, the only third party hosting service I've ever used is Libsyn and then I moved on to hosting my own show. I have a pretty dim view of most podcast hosts, however. Podcasting is a bandwagon that looks like a profitable thing to hop on and many hosting services jump on it. Sadly, podcasts take a lot more bandwidth than many of these hosts count on and they have all sorts of technical and management problems with it.
Since most podcasts are free, it sounds stupid for a podcaster to say "you get what you pay for", but it really is true in the hosting world. Find a host that knows what they're doing. To date, that pretty much means Libsyn to me.
