Where Are The UK Tech Podcasters?

If you're in the UK and interested in podcasting, then Neil Dixon probably has a space for you. Neil has recently penned and entry that enumerates the state of the nation with respect to UK podcasts and there are some surprises in there.

Some of the areas that are weak are:
  • Tech: What? That just sounds strange to me. Over here in North America tech podcasts are very strong.
  • Sports: I'm not that surprised about that. We have a very active sports community over here, but the UK in general is only excited about Footy, no? Maybe I have that wrong, but I don't see a big sports market in the UK or Europe in general. This may end up being the stupidest thing I've ever said.
There's a few other areas that Neil points out holes in the UK market. Interesting info and if you're British, perhaps an opportunity!
