I can't help but feel that most of the applications for Intellicaster are...well...illegal.
Intellicaster is a solution from Intelligent Assistance that will automatically record media, optionally replace the commercials in it, upload it to the web and produce an RSS feed for it. All without human intervention.
I'm sure there are legal uses for Intellicaster, but why the commercial-removal feature, then? I've been on the Internet for a long, long time and I've seen pretty much every republishing or sharing application used for nefarious pirating purposes.
In this case, however, the starting cost of $4500 will keep casual users away. Businesses, however, might be able to make a case for producing video or audio training as podcasts.
