Leesa Barnes has put together a great post on the state of podcasting within the Canadian Liberal political party. I like posts like this for two reasons:
1. Canadian content is always nice to see, and
2. I love it when people nail down a topic and go researching on it
Leesa has identified that our current Prime Minister, Conservative Stephen Harper, is podcasting (news to me!) but only one Liberal party member is podcasting.
I'm not sure if that's a good or bad thing and if it is, I'm not sure who it's good or bad for, but I do acknowledge that there is a fair discrepancy there. If the PM is podcasting then it's clear that the media is thought of as important by the party. Clearly not so with the Liberals.
Interesting stuff. If you're Canadian :)
