Darren Rowse of Problogger (and ex-b5 cohort of mine) has recently launched a blogging jobs classified service. Strangely, is a pay classified service meaning that blog owners who wish to post jobs have to pay to do so ($50 at the moment, going to $100 soon).
While the concept of employers paying to post ads on traditional job boards is well established, I'm not so sure that the concept of paying to post blogger jobs (which have traditionally been free) is going to fly. However, Darren knows his stuff so I'm not thowing myself in front of that train.
The thing did start me thinking about how the idea could play out in podcasting. Would a "podcasting jobs" podcast work? I'm not sure that podcasting has evolved to the point of blogging in that area. There are a lot of jobs for bloggers out there, but now many companies are hiring podcasters these days?

The following domains are taken:
-
podcastingjobs.com: forwarded to podcast411.com job board
-
podjobs.com: parked
-
podcastslassifieds.com: parked
It seems that some people are at least buying domains in the space, but not developing them yet.
There are several people in the industry who buy ample of podcast domains just for the sake of selling them for money.
They may or may not work. I agree that we are still in a very early stage of podcasting to lead podcasting into that area.
